• Ms. Yan has over 20 years of working and management experience in the pharmaceutical field.

• Joining Ascletis in 2016, Ms. Yan is responsible for managing the clinical operations team and other related work.

• Prior to joining Ascletis, Ms. Yan held senior management positions, including national director, at Bristol-Myers Squibb, Merck & Co. and Ningbo No. 1 Hospital.

• Ms. Yan received her college degree in nursing from Zhejiang University and her MBA degree from Asia Metropolitan University.
